Studies have shown an effect of moringa on milk production from 250 mg every 12 hours (a little less than the dose in 1 mouthful). Another study shows that consuming 700 mg of moringa per day, or 2 moonies, more than multiplied the volume of milk by 10 between the 3rd and 10th day postpartum. Fennel is also traditionally recognised as being galactogenic.
