1. For hair

Mamaload contains biotin which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. One dose also provides 3 g of collagen, which contains amino acids used to make the keratin in your hair. Hair cells which are essential in the formation, growth and cycle of hair are rich in collagen types 1 and 3, the types of collagen present in Mamaload. 

1. For the skin

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Collagen contributes to the elasticity of the skin. We use type I collagen which is the most abundant in the body, it is particularly beneficial for tissues and skin. Jolly Mama also have Type 3 Collagen which provides a flexible network for cellular support, the main component often found in skin and is abundant during the early stages of healing.
   
Take 3 heaped measuring spoons of powder per day (i.e. 8.2g of product in total) to be diluted in the drink of your choice (vegetable drink made from oats, buckwheat, almonds, coconut, etc.)
