How to use
Use straight after giving birth. Unwrap the individual pad and peel off the backing strip. Place inside pants and push firmly to secure the adhesive. Replace every 4 hours, or when needed. You can then move onto Lansinoh's Discreet & Absorbent Maternity Pads from week 2, or when you post-birth bleeding noticeably begins to slow.
